    Job Outline

    Our client, a fast-moving pump business, is looking to recruit a Pump Technical Sales Person to assist the current sales team.

     

    The successful candidate must possess the following key skills / attributes:

     

    Accuracy and attention to detail
    Immaculate presentation
    Organised and methodical
    Fast and accurate computer skills with the ability to use software systems and read CAD
    Proactive and able to use initiative
    Politely liaise with suppliers, consulting engineers and contractors
    Able to offer technical advice
    Honest, loyal and able to take instructions and work with the team 

     
    As a Pump Technical Sales Person you will be responsible for the following:

    Accurately read the site drainage drawings and interpreting the requirements
    Pump selection and pumping station design
    Preparing a selection sheet for Sales to generate bespoke quotations
    Sourcing specialist products and prices, for example, control panels and pipe work
    Preparing and checking off CAD drawings ready for production
    Final inspection of finished product. 

     

    Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate. 

     

    Hours of work are flexible 7.30am to 8am start, 5pm finish
