    Job Outline

    Our Shrewsbury based Client requires a Customer Service Advisor on a temp to perm basis.

    The successful candidate will be required to work as a team liaising with customers via the telephone.

    Duties include:

    • Receiving orders via the telephone from Restaurants and Hotels.
    • Making outgoing telephone calls to confirm orders for next day delivery.
    • Processing orders received and general ad hoc administration duties.

    Person specification:

    • Excellent telephone manner
    • Good communication / customer service skills
    • Reliable and responsible
    • Good IT skills would also be an advantage.

    The hours of work are between Monday to Sunday (no Saturday evenings) 12 – 18 hours a week starting at 8pm and finishing at Midnight. Flexibility is required with the working hours.  Also the candidate will be required to work every other Saturday morning from 6.30am to 12pm.
